Ursi Rosato Frizzante
Sparkling rosé wine with a peach blossom pink color. On the nose, there are fragrant and floral notes, while in the mouth, it offers a lively and savory taste. Excellent with appetizers, aperitifs, and fried seafood.
Vinification
the base wine is obtained through the low-temperature fermentation of the must derived from the gentle pressing of the grapes, preceded by a rapid pre-fermentation cold maceration. The sparkling process takes place into pressurised tank at a temperature of about 15°C for a period of 2 months.
