Pierale Fiano Passito

Puglia Igt

In the Salento’s peninsula there are the perfect climate conditions to give to the Fiano grapes the original and unique characteristics and to consider it nowadays on of the most typical white grapes of Puglia.

Yellow gold colour. The nose has fruity scents of ripe apricot and floreal hints of jasmine and vanilla. In the mouth it is sweet, full and enchanting. Very good with almond paste and cream pastry.
