Dense and strong ruby red colour. The nose reveals a combination of scents of ripe red fruits and jam with hints of Mediterranean scrub typical of Negroamaro. In the mouth is extraordinary, persuasive and extremely well-balanced.

HARVEST: hand– picked harvest with grapes selection. First decade of October
YIELD PER HA: 50 tonnes
VINIFICATION: After a natural drying process on the plant, the bunches are selected , crushed and de-stemmed. The must carry out the alcholic fermentation with the maceration for 20 days at controlled temperature ( 24-26 °C). After the racking the wine is stored in French Oak barriques, where malolactic fermentation takes place and it refins for at least 12 months
